Services Description

Primeon Crest LLC provides digital design and creative services including but not limited to social media design, logo creation, photo/video editing, landing page creation, and content packages. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including project briefs, brand guidelines, and any necessary assets. Clients must ensure they have the rights to any materials provided to us for use in their projects.

Intellectual Property

All work produced by Primeon Crest LLC remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables. We retain the right to use completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Revisions and Changes

Each service package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur additional fees. All revision requests must be submitted through our client dashboard.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the agreed-upon services. We accept various payment methods as specified on our website. Late payments may result in delays in project delivery.

Limitation of Liability

Primeon Crest LLC's liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, clients are responsible for payment of all completed work up to the termination date.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
